Over the past three months, AURA Apartments Ubud has been visited repeatedly by specialists from various relevant departments. The inspections were conducted in stages and covered fire safety, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, the strength and stability of load-bearing structures, overall building safety, and transport accessibility.

All preliminary inspections have been passed. The complex is now preparing to welcome the final technical inspection commission, with representatives from the Gianyar Regency Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Gianyar).

This stage forms part of the process of obtaining the SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) — a certificate confirming that the building is fit for its intended use.

Preparations are proceeding according to plan: the AURA team is coordinating the final inspection and continuing preparations to welcome guests.
